What shipping methods do you use?
We have the discretion to use various shipping methods, depending on cost, so that we may keep the lowest possible prices on our products. UPS Ground shipping is our standard method for the 48 contiguous States. (Other factors may apply).
Do you offer Rush Deliveries?
In most cases, our standard delivery time is 10-14 business days upon the order placement. Innova/Classicor Products have a standard shipping time of 10-15 business days. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please contact us at support@mykuzina.com for additional delivery pricing, and we will try to accommodate your needs.
What are your shipping rates?
All orders $175 and over receive FREE SHIPPING for the 48 contiguous states, and is for Ground ONLY (we are sorry, but this does not pertain to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International). All other orders have standard shipping costs of $10.00 to $28.00 per order for the 48 contiguous states (depending on size of order, which will be calculated at check-out). Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International are higher. If ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International, please contact us at support@mykuzina.com for additional information and shipping costs. Also, some items cannot ship outside the contiguous 48 States. Check-out cannot calculate shipping to these destinations, and it must be added later. These shipping rates may change at our discretion. Please contact us before purchasing for any location outside of the 48 contiguous States.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of the sale. Cancellations may not occur once the product has been shipped. If your item has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
What is your Return Policy?
Please read our return policy carefully. We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our Customers. If within 7 days of receiving your order, you find your order to be defective, please email us at returns@mykuzina.com, and we will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number for this order to be returned. Please note: Returns sent without an RA number, will NOT be accepted, and will be returned to the sender, no exceptions. Upon return of item, our warehouse will check for defects, and for orders returned that are NOT defective, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the credit issued to the Customer, also no exceptions. We do not refund the shipping costs. On a defective return, we will pay the shipping costs for the new merchandise back to you. If you should choose to have this order Rush Shipped, the cost of this extra shipping will be to you. COD returns will not be accepted. Please check all merchandise for defects or missing parts promptly upon delivery, and notify us immediately upon receipt of item if there are any problems. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of credits. The defective/non-defective product must be returned UNUSED in its original packaging. Used merchandise will not be accepted as a return.
